Holi-Daisy
This mocktail is a cross between a cosmo and a gin daisy but with bitters and also elderflower. Naming mocktails is always the hard part and I know this is not technically a gin daisy but the name has a nice ring to it, I think. Please don’t come for me 😅
Ingredients:
1.5 oz @drinkfreespirits Non-Alc Gin (use code: MOCKTAILWIZ for 15% Off)
4 dashes @allthebitter Oak Aged New Orleans Bitters (use code: MOCKTAILWIZ10 for 10% Off)
1 oz Cranberry Juice
0.5 oz Elderflower Syrup
0.5 oz Lime Juice
Instructions:
In a shaker glass, add all ingredients and some ice.
Shake vigorously for 10-12 seconds.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a rosemary sprig and a cranberry.
To add drama, add a smoke bubble! I used @theflavourblaster with the mixed berry aroma. So fun!
